Product Guarantees - General

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage are not covered.

Cancellation

Orders placed on dustcap.co.uk can only be cancelled 24hours prior to the date and time of the fitting. A cancellation after this time entails a charge of £10:50. This is due to the Company reserving the right to levy a handling charge on any goods agreed to be returned.

Examination

On receipt of the goods the customer is deemed to have examined the goods carefully and the signing of the delivery note is conclusive evidence that the customer has examined the same and that the goods are free of defects, which should be apparent to inspection, and the goods are those, which the customers had ordered.
